Adulting and other Questions from Life is Good Unschooling Conference

Roya Dedeaux

Whenever possible, you'll find me every Memorial Day weekend in a lodge in Washington where the bird song is piped into the hallways and the children only run slightly feral.

The LIFE is Good Unschooling Conference is a regular event I am honored to speak at - and this past year I did 3 sessions to parents and teenagers. I was asked so many thoughtful questions that I wanted a place to gather them and respond thoroughly. So this blog post is going to be a bit of an ongoing collection as I write and record and keep adding.

As many of you know, I was pulled from school at the end of 4th grade, and returned only to start taking community college courses when I was about 13. Now that I'm a parent, we homeschool as well. I'm coming at these questions from my personal life as an unschooled kid, as a homeschooling parent, as a recreation and leisure professor, AND as a licensed therapist.

Hover over the photo with the question - and if I've responded, you'll see a button with the link!

It's a 30 minute, solution-focused webinar for parents who are trying to help their teenagers and young adult kids with launch anxiety.

My webinars are always pay-what-you-can, and available for immediate download.
