Roya Dedeaux

I put together a little somethin' somethin' for you parents out there!

Growth mindset has been a keyword that is buzzing round the internets lately. We know it's important to help our kids feel strong, capable, and able to take on challenges!

How can parents instill a growth mindset at home? Here's a 30 page journal for parents, created by licensed therapist Roya Dedeaux that will help you expand your own mindset as well.

This family journal will help you look for good in what your kids choose to do. When parents journal with gratitude will help you see their strengths, resiliency, and wonderful qualities.

Use as a family journal, for your own mindset, or just to increase more playfulness in your life! There are a few in-depth exercises, and some free-writing prompts!

It's a 30 page 8.5 x 11 paperback, all purty and colorful and ready for you!

3 tips for creating a parenting journal

  1. Don't worry about trying to do something daily! Life happens, and parents lives are busy. If you aim for perfection you'll give up!
  2. Let the prompts be a starting off point. If you want to elaborate, go for it!
  3. No details are too small. Little things will be the ones that make you smile, or bring back the strong sensory memories later.
