Welcome to the Play with Purpose Planner!

This is a one month planner, with monthly, weekly, daily pages!
It's 8.5 x 11 inches, premium color paper.

But it's ohhhh so much more than that!

I'm a licensed therapist with a focus on playful parenting -- and I use the science behind resilience, blissful productivity, narrative therapy, and ADHD brainpower to provide quests, boosts, and ways to insert lots of little connections, play, and fun into your every day.

what's included?

Monthly page -

  • Start with answering the Future Reflection Question - at the end of the month, how do you want to feel? Let this be like a mission statement that helps you choose goals and tasks.
  • Use the Blank Calendar Grid to fill in that month's dates and events! You can also use it to schedule your goal-related tasks!
  • Use the Game Changer Goal Map as a way to start with 3 monthly goals that would help you feel the way you reflected on. Break down those big goals into smaller and more specific tasks until you have 3 solid to-do tasks.
  • Put those three things in the blank Commitment Box. Those get a space separate from your general to do list!
  • Of course there is room for your monthly Task List - I like to include both things that are unique to this month, and also the things I know I need to get around to each month on a regular basis.
  • There is also a Celebration Box - list birthdays or other special days that you don't want to get lost in the shuffle!
  • There is also a space for you to write your own Monthly Mantra to help keep you motivated and anchored.
  • At the end of each month there are some pages for reflection as well!

weekly spread -

  • There are 10 blank spaces for you to Track Daily Habits by coloring in each box as you do them!
  • Every week there's a different Doodle Prompt because creativity matters!
  • It includes 7 Blank Days of the Week so you can get your events and to do's on a visual calendar.
  • There is a Meal Planning Space for each day, along with a Weekly Meal Quest! This is designed to help you get more joy and creativity out of something that can often be fraught with bad feelings or drudgery.
  • The Gamified To Do List is just a suggestion - but it's another way for you to add some gamefulness or playfulness to things that might feel dull or overwhelming! Each week will be different.
  • The Other To Do List is there to keep you moving when you don't know where to start.
  • I've also included a different Weekly Tally each week - keep track of what it tells you to notice all week! It is designed to help you keep an eye out for the interesting and beautiful that is out there in the world if we look for it.

Daily page -

  • Each daily has a Schedule so you can track appointments, and also block time for your projects!
  • I've included a Non-Negotiable Box for you to put the tasks that absolutely must happen that day.
  • There's an Empty Notes Box, use for grocery lists, doodles, reminders, whatever you need!
  • Use the Track Your Water feature to stay hydrated!
  • Put a dot or give a number on the Mood Tracker Scale. You can define what moods you're tracking. - for example, if you're paying attention to your anxiety or general energy you can use it for that!
  • Each day there is a Daily Quest specifically designed to help keep you moving on your goals.
  • There are 4 Boost Boxes with a specific prompt to help you gain more social, emotional, physical, and cognitive well-being that day! Use the blank square to color in when you've done it or add a sticker!
  • It wouldn't be a Roya project without a little Love Note from me to you. Enjoy, you hard-working, luminous sea lions!
