We are bombarded with messages that tell us that screen time is dangerous for our kids. That video games lead to anger or aggression, that YouTube watching leads to depression or apathy, that screen time equals a lack of motivation and the presence of anxiety.
And yet - our kids are compelled to play, to watch, to stream. They're clearly getting something out of it - and when you try to place limits, fighting ensues! So what's a parent to do?!?
This is a 40 minute workshop designed to give parents the tools and opportunity to look at their real-actual-unique kid and their technology use, and how it impacts their mental health and emotional well-being.
This event is for parents of kids of all ages. We will cover techniques you can implement right away!
