Group therapy is a unique experience. Individuals come together to work on their own process while sharing and learning with others. The group becomes its own entity, and no two groups are ever alike.

Creative Expressions – a 10 week series. Each week the group meets for 1.5 hours. We use a variety of artistic mediums, including paint, collage, sand-tray, clay, music and movement. The topics that are covered by using these mediums depend on the individuals who sign up for the group. They can potentially include, (but are not limited to) self-esteem, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, life-transitions, parenting, & identity.

Building Blocks – a 12 week series. Each week the group meets for 1.5 hours. We use a variety of techniques to set short and long-term goals, and use the group setting as a means of accountability and responsibility. Due to the therapeutic nature of the group, frequently we process issues relating to anxiety, depression, negative self-talk and perception, self-esteem, and what obstacles we may experience. This is an empowering and practical group.
